Congratulations to Iona College who are the 2023 Cross Country Champions. The boys from Lindum have broken the stronghold that Ashgrove have had on the Aggregate Shield since 2016.

A very strong performance from Iona afforded them 4 age group titles and a win by 5 points over Marist. St Laurences took out the 15yrs and Marist the 12yrs. 6 out of our 9 participating Colleges took individual line honours on the day which was great to see.

Marist won the Year 5 Aggregate and place second in the Year 6 Aggregate which gave them the Primary Shield for 2023. Lauries and Pats were the big movers in the primary competition so next year’s Champs should be interesting!
