2020 AIC Swimming in underway!

The 22nd annual swim championships have started with a bang. 6 events down and 3 records broken already! Villanova College are ahead in the primary to Iona and it’s a close race in the secondary carnival with St Peters ahead by 4 points from Marist Ashgrove.

Round 5 AFL Venue Change

All Year 7 AFL fixtures for Sat March 7 (Round 5) will be played again at Coorparoo JAFC, Birubi St.

Yr 7 AFL Venue Change

All Year 7 AFL games will be played again at Coorparoo JAFC for Round 4, Saturday Feb 29. Runcorn will continue to be reviewed on a weekly basis but we are ensuring that the boys get to play footy. All the best for this week’s games.

Due to the SLC AFL oval at Runcorn still being too wet, all Year 7 games will be played at Coorparoo FC tomorrow. (Birubi St Coorparoo) No change to draw. Canteen will be open. The association apologies if this causes any inconvenience.

Due to all of the AFL grounds being unplayable, the entire Round 2 has been cancelled.

Due the grounds being unplayable all AIC AFL fixtures have been cancelled for Friday Feb 7 and Saturday Feb 8. Please check with your schools sports office for cricket cancellations.

St Peters take out the Balharry Shield

The annual AIC Golf Day was held yesterday at Indooroopilly Golf Club. The event was excellently hosted by St Edmunds College. The perpetual shield, the Gordon Balharry Shield has been held by Ashgrove in recent years but St Peters took out the Nett honours yesterday with St Edmunds taking home Gross Champions.
