Halfway through the Term 3 sports season and Round 6 should see a fantastic clash of basketball. Both 1st V teams for St Edmunds and Ashgrove are undefeated and will meet this Saturday – Ashgrove having home ground advantage! SEC boys have posted some big scores in recent weeks so it should be a great game. Villanova look unbeatable in the basketball aggregate.
St Peters have once again dominated the tennis courts in the 2018 season. Last week saw the top two 1st IV teams battle it out – St Peters v Padua. St Peters came out on top in the end but the Padua team should be commended this year on their efforts as their top team has some Year 9 boys amongst the group. SLC look like the big improvers this year in tennis.
All the best for the final 2 rounds with schools also coming into track and field pre season. The first aths meet of the season is on this Saturday at QSAC, only events for Years 5-7. See schedule below.
