IONA COLLEGE DOMINATES AIC CROSS COUNTRY

AIC Cross Country was held on Wednesday, August 5 at Limestone Park. It was a perfect ‘runners’ day. For the first time we saw the Year 5 and 6 boys run the tough 2km course.

Iona won five out of the eight divisions on offer, including the inaugural Years 5 and 6 Aggregate Shield. Iona went home with the Year 5, Year 6, 12 Years, 14 Years, 15 Years and 16 Years silverware. Padua College and Villanova College rounded out the winners circle with Padua winning the 13 Years and Villanova winning the Open age.
